New World Club+ (Not OneCard): How Foodstuffs' Rewards Programme Works

Updated

New World Club+: How It Works (and Why It Isn’t OneCard)

New World’s loyalty programme is Club+, run by Foodstuffs across New World, Pak’nSave and Four Square. It replaced the New World Clubcard. OneCard was never a New World programme: it was Countdown’s card, and Woolworths replaced it with Everyday Rewards on 1 February 2024.

Quick answer

With Club+ you score Club+ dollars on qualifying shops at New World and Four Square, and spend them on groceries at New World, Pak'nSave and Four Square, or convert them to Airpoints. You also score a fuel discount when you shop, and the same card scans at Z and Caltex. New World Clubcard is no longer accepted.

What Club+ Does

According to New World, as a Club+ member you can:

  • Score Club+ dollars with every shop at New World and Four Square (on qualifying purchases)
  • Spend Club+ dollars to save on your groceries at New World, Pak’nSave and Four Square
  • Convert Club+ dollars to Airpoints at any time
  • Score a fuel discount every time you shop (on qualifying purchases)
  • Get member-only Club+ deals at New World, and weekly “Club+ picks”
  • Scan one card at New World, Pak’nSave, Four Square, Z and Caltex

Earning Club+ dollars is for New World and Four Square shops; at Pak’nSave you can spend them and scan for the other benefits.

What Happened to New World Clubcard

Club+ replaced New World Clubcard. If you join Club+ with the same email as your old Clubcard account, New World transfers your remaining New World dollars to Club+ dollars. The Clubcard itself is no longer accepted.

Club+ vs Woolworths Everyday Rewards

Club+ (Foodstuffs) Everyday Rewards (Woolworths)
Stores New World, Pak’nSave, Four Square Woolworths
Reward Club+ dollars (earned at New World and Four Square) 1 point per $1; 2,000 points = $15 voucher
Fuel Fuel discount when you shop; card scans at Z and Caltex Vouchers usable at BP
Airpoints Club+ dollars can be converted Not confirmed; check the programme

Both are free. If you shop at both chains, carry both cards: they don’t compete for the same purchase.
